The Jefferson 1342 series are NEMA 4 (IP65) designed for maximum flow and ruggedness for outdoor applications for water, steam or petroleum media. The 1342 series come with 18 inch leads on Class H, 11 watt coils as standard. Solenoid valves should be mounted up right and vertical for optimal operation and strainers should be installed upstream of the valve.
